These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Datochai ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at datochai.cam ("Platform").

Datochai operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under an international gaming framework. The Platform offers a range of services including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, virtual games, and related promotional features.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Datochai Platform, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and all supplementary policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the Datochai Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Datochai enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement for all account holders. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing the Platform in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme — whether through Datochai or a third-party responsible gambling service — that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Datochai or any of its affiliated service providers, game studios, or payment processors.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the Datochai Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or related accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Datochai strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any action taken through your account will be treated as having been taken by you, unless you have previously notified Datochai of a security breach in writing.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing withdrawals above minimum thresholds, or at any point required by Datochai's compliance programme, you will be required to submit identity verification documents. These typically include a valid Malaysian government-issued identification (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and a selfie photograph holding the ID document. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

Datochai supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of local and international payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20).

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the deposit page within your Account for current minimums.
• Deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Datochai does not charge deposit fees. However, fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network are your responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the MYR equivalent rate at the time of on-chain confirmation. Datochai is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the Account, or to a verified bank account in the Account holder's name.
• All KYC requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during Malaysian banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes of approval, subject to network conditions.
• Datochai reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with our AML obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if Datochai has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Datochai offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• One offer per person: Promotions are available to one account per person, household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement multiplier and contributing game percentages will be disclosed at the point of bonus offer.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: Datochai actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a positive expected value on bonus funds; using automated tools; collusion between accounts; and exploiting software errors. Any such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Datochai reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All games available on the Datochai Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure outcomes are fair, unpredictable, and statistically independent. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time from licensed streaming studios.

Each game is subject to its own individual rules and payout tables, which are accessible within the game interface prior to commencing play. By entering a game session, you acknowledge and accept the applicable game rules.

In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result on your device and the result recorded on Datochai's server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative. Datochai's decision in relation to any game dispute is final, provided it is not the result of manifest error.

Manifest Error: Datochai reserves the right to void any wager, bet, or game result where there has been a manifest error — including but not limited to: incorrect odds or payout ratios published due to a technical malfunction; corrupted game data; or erroneous display resulting from a software fault. Players will be notified and real money stakes will be returned in such circumstances.

The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any system designed to generate bets or actions without direct human input is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Datochai Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC;
• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, identity verification, or responsible gambling control mechanism;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market;
• Using or distributing any cheating software, exploit, or third-party tool that interferes with the Platform's normal operation;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gaming is prohibited;
• Conducting any activity that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability under applicable law.

Breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Datochai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months — an administration fee may apply to dormant accounts as disclosed in the fee schedule;
• At your own request, including for the purposes of self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any verified real money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, subject to any applicable AML checks. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are non-refundable upon account closure unless a clear error on Datochai's part is established.

Datochai is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing effective tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Account holders and are accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term suspension of your Account. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

All content on the Datochai Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Datochai or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party; use data mining, robots, or similar data extraction tools; or reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of Datochai.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Datochai and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses — arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any game result, wager outcome, or sporting event result;
• Unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein;
• Interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform, including force majeure events.

Datochai's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Datochai collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and normal use of the Platform is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement. Datochai does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require Datochai to retain certain records. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

Datochai reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, Datochai will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Datochai holds its gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and Datochai, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly through our live chat or email support channels. Datochai commits to investigating all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and providing a written response.

Should a dispute remain unresolved following internal escalation, Datochai may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service in accordance with its licensing obligations. The decision of any such independent body shall be binding on both parties.
